    Technical Solutions Engineer at The Barcode Warehouse Limited

    Technical Solutions Engineer within Technology and Solutions Department, delivering proof-of-concept solutions, technical pre-sales support, and internal tooling across barcode scanning, RFID, mobility and device management. Build and maintain lightweight apps, dashboards, automations and documentation that improve delivery quality, reduce support friction, and accelerate solution validation for customers.

    • Designed and delivered customer proof-of-concepts across RFID, scanning and mobility workflows, from discovery to handover.
    • Developed and maintained scripted automations and containerised services (Docker Compose) to allow for better ICE Centre management.
    • Created and curated structured documentation in Office 365/OneDrive to improve knowledge sharing and repeatability.
